Payment Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date, no later than 28 June 2025. Please make payment via one of the following methods:

- Direct Debit: As per the standing instruction on file with Thameside Events & Productions Ltd.
- Card Payment: Available via secure link upon request. A 1.5% surcharge applies to card transactions in accordance with United Kingdom payment regulations.
Please quote the Invoice number JW-2025-0347 in all correspondence and payment references. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, as permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, applicable throughout the United Kingdom.

Dear Ms. Mitchell,
Thank you for engaging my services as your Photographer for the Thameside Summer Gala 2025. This Invoice covers all photography deliverables as outlined in our signed agreement dated 3 May 2025. All images captured during the event remain the intellectual property of James Whitfield Photography Ltd until full payment of this Invoice is received. Upon clearance of the outstanding balance, a full commercial licence for use of all delivered images will be issued, permitting unlimited reproduction across print, digital, and broadcast media within the United Kingdom and internationally.
The final edited gallery will be delivered via a secure cloud link within seven (7) working days of the event date. Should you require any additional images beyond the 500 included in the editing package, supplementary charges of £8.50 per image will apply, as detailed in Schedule B of our contract.

Terms & Conditions (Summary)
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
- All photography services are subject to the terms set out in the master service agreement dated 3 May 2025. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment under that agreement.
- The Photographer reserves the right to use up to five (5) images from the event for personal portfolio and promotional purposes, provided no identifiable private individuals appear without written consent.
- Force majeure: In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Photographer's reasonable control (including but not limited to severe weather affecting London operations, venue closure, or public health restrictions), a 50% cancellation fee applies if notice is given less than 72 hours before the scheduled session.
- All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). VAT is charged at the current United Kingdom standard rate of 20% and is included in the total where applicable.
