Terms and Conditions:
- All services rendered by the Photographer are subject to the standard terms of agreement signed on 25 May 2025. This Invoice constitutes the final billing document for the services described herein.
- Payment must be made in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) via bank transfer to the account details listed above. Cheques and cash payments are not accepted for this Invoice.
- A late payment charge of 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 applicable in the United Kingdom.
- All photographic images delivered under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment of this Invoice has been received and confirmed in writing. Upon receipt of payment, the client is granted a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use the images for commercial and promotional purposes within the United Kingdom and internationally.
- The Photographer reserves the right to use a selection of images from this engagement for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless a separate non-disclosure agreement has been executed prior to the shoot date.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services described shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Manchester, United Kingdom.
