Invoice Notes and Photographer Terms
This Invoice has been issued by Marcus Delgado, a licensed and insured professional Photographer operating in the United States Chicago metropolitan area. All photography services described in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the signed service agreement dated April 2, 2025.
The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images captured during the engagement. The client is granted a personal, non-commercial license to reproduce, print, and share the delivered photographs for private use. Commercial use, redistribution, or publication of any images requires prior written consent from the Photographer.
All high-resolution digital files will be delivered via the private online gallery within 30 business days of the event date. The printed photo albums will be shipped via insured courier to the client's address in United States Chicago within 45 business days.
This Invoice is subject to the standard terms and conditions of Marcus Delgado Photography, a registered business in the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and the City of Chicago.
Payment Terms and Methods
Payment Due: Within 30 days of the Invoice date (by July 12, 2025).
Accepted Payment Methods: Bank wire transfer, ACH, certified check, or major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

Late Payment: A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any balance remaining after the due date. The Photographer reserves the right to withhold final image delivery until full payment is received.
Refund Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit was collected at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due as stated in this Invoice. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date are non-refundable.
