This Invoice is issued by Lone Star Lens Photography, a registered professional photography studio operating in Houston, United States. The Photographer, Marcus J. Delgado, is the sole proprietor and licensed professional responsible for all services rendered under this engagement. This document serves as the official Invoice for payment of photography services performed in the Houston, Texas area of the United States.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 12, 2025. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge as permitted under Texas Business & Commerce Code.
- All photography deliverables, including the 250+ edited images, will be made available through the secure online gallery within fourteen (14) business days of the event date. The Photographer retains the right to use select images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is executed.
- The commercial usage license grants the client unlimited reproduction rights for internal corporate communications, social media, and print advertising within the United States. Any international distribution or resale of the images requires a separate licensing agreement with the Photographer.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying photography services shall be resolved through mediation in Harris County, Houston, Texas before proceeding to litigation.
- The Photographer reserves the right to withhold final image delivery until full payment of this Invoice has been received and cleared. Partial payments will not trigger the release of any deliverables.
- Should the client require additional images beyond the 250 included in this Invoice, a supplemental Invoice will be issued at the rate of $6.00 per additional image for editing and delivery.
- All services were performed in compliance with applicable United States federal and Texas state regulations regarding photography, data privacy, and commercial licensing. The Photographer maintains full professional liability insurance with a coverage limit of $2,000,000 per occurrence.
