Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) days of the Invoice date, no later than July 12, 2025. Payment may be made via ACH bank transfer, certified check, or corporate credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express). A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be assessed on any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with California Commercial Code Section 2310.

Notes & Additional Information
The Photographer, Marcus J. Delgado, and Apex Visual Studios LLC retain full copyright ownership of all images captured during this engagement. The Client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license for internal corporate use, press releases, and social media posting. Any commercial resale, stock licensing, or third-party publication requires a separate written agreement and additional licensing fee.
All photography services were performed in compliance with applicable United States federal and California state labor regulations. The Photographer and all team members are independent contractors as defined under IRS Publication 15-A. No employee benefits, workers' compensation, or unemployment insurance obligations apply to this engagement.
This Invoice constitutes the final accounting for the services described herein. Any additional requests beyond the original scope of work will be billed separately with prior written approval from the Client. The Photographer thanks Horizon Events & Productions Inc. for the opportunity to document this remarkable event in the heart of United States Los Angeles.
