Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Alejandro Rivera Photography, a licensed Photographer operating in the United States Miami metropolitan area, in accordance with Florida state regulations governing professional photography services.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 14, 2025. The full amount of $5,865.00 USD must be received by July 14, 2025.
- A 5% early payment discount is available if the full Invoice balance is remitted within ten (10) days of the Invoice date, i.e., by June 24, 2025.
- Accepted payment methods include: wire transfer (ACH), check payable to "Alejandro Rivera Photography," and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). A 3% processing fee applies to credit card transactions.
- Late payments will incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5% on the outstanding balance, in compliance with Florida Statute Chapter 559.
- All photography rights and usage licenses are transferred to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. Until payment is confirmed, the Photographer retains all intellectual property rights to the captured images.
- Any additional services requested beyond the scope outlined in this Invoice will be billed separately at the Photographer's standard hourly rate of $185.00 per hour.
Photographer's Notes & Additional Information
Thank you for entrusting Alejandro Rivera Photography with the visual documentation of your Annual Corporate Gala. As a professional Photographer based in the United States Miami area, I take great pride in capturing the energy, elegance, and emotion of every event I cover. The images delivered under this Invoice represent over eight hours of dedicated coverage at one of Miami's most prestigious venues.
All raw image files are retained by the Photographer for a period of twelve (12) months for archival and backup purposes. After this period, raw files will be securely deleted in accordance with our data retention policy. The client will retain permanent ownership of all edited, high-resolution deliverables as specified in this Invoice.
Should you require additional prints, enlarged reproductions, or licensing of images for corporate marketing materials, please contact the Photographer's office at (305) 555-0192 or [email protected]. A separate licensing agreement and supplemental Invoice will be prepared for any such requests.
This Invoice constitutes the complete and final accounting for all photography services rendered on June 7, 2025. No additional charges will be applied to this project unless mutually agreed upon in writing prior to the event date.
