1. All photographic work delivered under this Invoice remains the intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment is received. Upon clearance of payment, a limited commercial license is granted to the client for use in corporate marketing, internal communications, and press releases within the United States.
2. The Photographer is a registered business entity in the State of New York, United States, and all services were rendered within the boundaries of New York City. Applicable New York City and State sales and use taxes have been calculated and are itemized above.
3. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to reissue or adjust the Invoice in accordance with prevailing tax rates in New York City.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and resolved in the courts of New York County, New York City, United States.
5. The Photographer maintains professional liability insurance with a coverage limit of $2,000,000 through a carrier licensed in the State of New York, United States.
