Payment Terms & Conditions

Late Payment: A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any balance remaining after the due date, in compliance with California Commercial Code Section 2310. The Photographer reserves the right to suspend delivery of remaining assets until full payment is received.
Disputes: Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be submitted in writing within 15 business days of the issue date. The Photographer and Client agree to resolve all disputes through mediation in United States San Francisco, California, before pursuing litigation.
Photographer's Notes & Important Information
1. All photographic work referenced in this Invoice was performed by the Photographer, Marcus A. Delgado, and his licensed assistant team within the United States San Francisco area. The Photographer maintains full copyright ownership of all original images under Title 17 of the United States Code.
2. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images solely for the purposes and duration specified in Item 06. Any additional usage, including but not limited to merchandise, out-of-state advertising, or sublicensing, requires a separate written agreement with the Photographer.
3. This Invoice constitutes the final accounting for all services rendered between May 20, 2025, and June 14, 2025. No additional charges will be incurred for the scope of work described herein.
4. Golden Gate Visual Arts LLC is a California-registered limited liability company operating in United States San Francisco. All services are subject to California state and San Francisco municipal regulations governing professional photography and commercial services.
5. Please retain this Invoice for your tax records. A duplicate copy may be requested by contacting the Photographer's office at the address listed above.
