Notes and Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by the Photographer, Aziz Karimov, operating as Karimov Visual Studio, a registered photography business in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the commercial services agreement dated May 20, 2025.
2. All photographic content delivered under this Invoice remains the intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment is received. Upon settlement, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license for commercial and personal use of the delivered images.
3. The Photographer guarantees that all services were performed in compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the applicable tax code of Uzbekistan. A certified copy of this Invoice may be submitted to the State Tax Committee of Tashkent City for VAT deduction purposes.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through the commercial court of Tashkent City, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the jurisdiction clause of the master service agreement.
5. This Invoice is valid for one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be reissued with updated tax calculations if applicable rates change.
