Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Lentes de Caracas Photography, a registered professional Photographer service provider operating in Venezuela Caracas, in accordance with the tax regulations established by the Servicio Nacional Integrado de Administración Aduanera y Tributaria (SENIAT) of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, no later than July 15, 2025.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer to Banco Mercantil, Account No. 0105-0045-21-408765213, or by certified check payable to Lentes de Caracas Photography.
- A 5% early payment discount applies if full payment is received on or before June 30, 2025.
- Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco Central de Venezuela (BCV) for overdue commercial obligations.
- All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) as permitted under Venezuelan commercial law for international and domestic corporate transactions.

Dear Client, thank you for entrusting Lentes de Caracas Photography with your visual content needs in Venezuela Caracas. This Invoice covers all photographic services rendered by our lead Photographer, Carlos Alejandro Mendoza Rivas, and his dedicated team during the period of June 20–28, 2025. All final edited images will be delivered via secure cloud link within five (5) business days of the final session. The Photographer retains the right to display a selection of images in his professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is separately executed. All equipment used during the sessions is fully insured. Should you require additional retouching, extra prints, or supplementary shooting sessions, a revised Invoice will be issued accordingly. We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing our professional relationship in Venezuela Caracas.
