Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under the Australian Consumer Law and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
2. All intellectual property, including but not limited to research papers, design documents, and theoretical models produced by the Physicist during the engagement, shall remain the property of Whitfield Physics Consulting Pty Ltd unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
3. The Physicist reserves the right to suspend ongoing services if payment is not received by the due date stated on this Invoice. A written notice of seven (7) days will be provided before any suspension of services in Australia Brisbane.
4. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services described herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia Brisbane and the Queensland region.
5. All rates quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include the Physicist's professional expertise, time, and materials as specified. Any additional services requested beyond the scope of this Invoice will be billed separately at the Physicist's standard hourly rate of AUD $320.00 per hour.
6. This Invoice constitutes a tax invoice as defined by the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth). The GST component is included as per Australian tax legislation applicable to businesses registered in Australia Brisbane.
