Invoice Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with Brazilian Federal Law No. 8.666/1993 and the applicable regulations of the District Federal government in Brasília. All services were performed by a licensed Physicist registered with the relevant professional council.
2. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1% per month plus a 2% penalty, as stipulated in Brazilian commercial law.
3. The Physicist warrants that all services described in this Invoice were performed with professional diligence, scientific accuracy, and in full compliance with the ethical standards of the Brazilian physics community.
4. Bank details for payment: Banco do Brasil S.A. – Agência 1234-5, Conta Corrente 98765-4, CNPJ 12.345.678/0001-90. Payments must be made in Brazilian Reais (BRL) via TED or DOC transfer.
5. This Invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document for tax deduction purposes in Brazil. The client is advised to retain this document for their accounting records in Brasília and for any audits conducted by the Receita Federal.
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brasília, District Federal, Brazil, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Brazilian Civil Code.
