This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement dated March 1, 2025, between Dr. Eleanor M. Ashworth (hereinafter referred to as "the Physicist") and Pacific Northwest Energy Solutions Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Client"). All services were performed within the Canada Vancouver metropolitan area unless otherwise noted.
Payment for this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the issue date. Remittance should be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the following account:

The Physicist warrants that all calculations, analyses, and recommendations provided under this engagement were conducted with professional diligence and in accordance with the standards of the Canadian Institute of Physics. All intellectual property generated specifically for the Client under this Invoice remains the property of Pacific Northwest Energy Solutions Inc., while pre-existing methodologies and software tools remain the property of the Physicist.
