Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Physicist's designated account at the National Bank of Egypt, Alexandria Branch (IBAN: EG380002000156789012345678901). Please reference Invoice No. EGY-ALX-PHY-2025-0047 in all correspondence and remittance advices. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Egyptian commercial law. The Physicist reserves the right to suspend ongoing services in Egypt Alexandria should payment remain outstanding beyond the due date.
Notes & Important Information
1. This Invoice has been prepared in accordance with the Egyptian Tax Authority's electronic invoicing regulations (E-Invoice System) and the applicable provisions of the Egyptian Commercial Code.
2. All services rendered by the Physicist were performed within the jurisdiction of Egypt Alexandria, and all applicable local taxes, including Value Added Tax (VAT) at 14% and the statutory withholding tax, have been calculated and reflected in this document.
3. The Physicist confirms that all intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement, including but not limited to research findings, computational models, and technical reports, shall remain the joint property of the Physicist and the Client as outlined in the Master Service Agreement dated 01 January 2025.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through the competent courts of Alexandria, Egypt, in accordance with Egyptian law.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Physicist reserves the right to reissue the document with updated tax calculations if applicable rates have changed.
