Important Notes & Terms

1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Egyptian Tax Authority regulations and the Egyptian Commercial Code. All amounts are denominated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to the applicable 14% Value Added Tax as mandated by the Egyptian Ministry of Finance.

4. All intellectual property, reports, simulations, and technical documentation delivered under this Invoice remain the exclusive property of the Physicist unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables solely for internal business purposes within Egypt Cairo and the Republic of Egypt.

5. This Invoice constitutes a final and binding statement of services rendered. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt Cairo, in accordance with Egyptian law.

6. The Physicist reserves the right to issue a credit note or amended Invoice in the event of any clerical error. Please contact the issuing office within seven (7) days of receipt to report any discrepancies.
