Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
Payment Method: Bank Transfer to Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Account No. 1000-4456-7788-99, Branch: Bole, Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
Reference: Please cite Invoice No. EAA-PHY-2025-0047 in all payment communications.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due within 15 calendar days from the issue date. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly surcharge as per Ethiopian commercial law.
Currency: All amounts are denominated in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). For international remittance, the equivalent in USD shall be calculated at the National Bank of Ethiopia's daily reference rate on the date of payment.
Tax Compliance: This Invoice has been issued in accordance with the Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority (ERCA) regulations. A stamped copy of this Invoice must be submitted to the ERCA office in Ethiopia Addis Ababa within 30 days.
Terms & Conditions of Service
1. This Invoice represents the final and complete billing for all Physicist consulting, research, and academic services rendered during the stated service period. No additional charges shall apply unless a written amendment to the original service agreement is executed by both parties.
2. All intellectual property, research data, simulation models, and curriculum materials developed under this engagement remain the property of the client (EIT) upon full settlement of this Invoice. The Physicist retains the right to reference the work in academic publications with prior written consent.
3. The Physicist guarantees that all technical advice, laboratory calibrations, and research consultations provided in Ethiopia Addis Ababa conform to international standards set by the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP) and local Ethiopian regulatory requirements.
4. Disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying service agreement shall be resolved through mediation at the Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce, and failing that, through the competent courts of Ethiopia Addis Ababa in accordance with the Civil Code of Ethiopia.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. If payment is not received within this period, the Physicist reserves the right to suspend all ongoing services and pursue collection through legal channels.
