Legal Notice: This Invoice is issued in accordance with § 14 of the German Tax Code (Abgabenordnung – AO) and the applicable provisions of the German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch – HGB). The Physicist, Dr. Heinrich Vogel, is a self-employed professional registered with the Munich Chamber of Commerce (IHK für München und Oberbayern) and is subject to German Value Added Tax (Umsatzsteuer) at the standard rate of 19 percent. The Physicist undertakes to maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed on 28 February 2025 and the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz – BDSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the competent court in Munich, Germany Munich, unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.
