Terms and Conditions
1. All physics consulting services rendered by the physicist are subject to the terms outlined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 1 January 2025 between Asante Physics Consultancy Ltd. and Accra Advanced Research Institute.
2. Intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement, including all quantum models, thermodynamic analyses, and research publications, shall remain the joint property of both parties as specified in Section 7 of the MSA.
3. The physicist reserves the right to publish anonymised findings in peer-reviewed journals, provided that prior written notification is given to the client at least thirty (30) days before submission.
4. Disputes arising from this invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2005 (Act 698) of the Republic of Ghana.
5. This invoice constitutes a legally binding document under the laws of the Republic of Ghana. All services were performed within the Greater Accra Region.
