Terms, Conditions & Notes
1. This invoice is issued by Dr. Amir Hossein Karimi, a licensed physicist operating independently in Tehran, Iran, in accordance with the regulations of the Iranian Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
2. All physics consulting services described herein were performed at the client's designated facility in Tehran, Iran, unless otherwise specified. The physicist assumes no liability for experimental outcomes beyond the scope of theoretical consultation.
3. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account specified above. The client is requested to reference Invoice Number INV-THR-2025-04871 in the payment memo for proper accounting reconciliation.
4. A late payment penalty of 0.5% per day shall apply to any balance remaining unpaid after the due date of 30 Farvardin 1404, in compliance with Iranian commercial law (Article 285 of the Civil Code of Iran).
5. All intellectual property generated by the physicist during this engagement in Tehran shall remain the sole property of the service provider unless explicitly transferred in writing via a separate licensing agreement.
6. This invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the issue date. After this period, the client must request a reissued invoice from the physicist's office in Tehran.
7. For any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated physicist services, the competent courts of Tehran, Iran shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
