- Due Date: This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 12, 2025. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the Master Service Agreement.
- Disputes: Any discrepancies regarding the services listed on this Invoice must be raised in writing within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The Physicist reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until all outstanding balances are settled.
- Confidentiality: All research data, experimental results, and proprietary methodologies shared during the engagement remain the intellectual property of the client. The Physicist agrees to maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with Japanese Personal Information Protection Law (Act No. 57 of 2003).
- Governing Law: This Invoice and the underlying service agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Japan Kyoto under the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
- Reimbursement: All travel, lodging, and laboratory consumable expenses incurred by the Physicist while working in Japan Kyoto have been absorbed into the hourly rates listed above and are not billed separately on this Invoice.
