Notes & Additional Information
1. This Invoice covers all professional services rendered by the Physicist, Dr. Kenji Tanaka, during the period of April 1 through June 30, 2025, in connection with the Quantum Optics Research Collaboration project at the Japan Osaka laboratory campus.
2. All theoretical models, simulation code, and technical documentation produced during the engagement remain the intellectual property of the Japan Osaka Institute of Advanced Physics, as per the terms of the master service agreement. The Physicist retains the right to reference the work in academic publications with prior written consent.
3. The consumption tax and local Osaka prefecture tax amounts listed on this Invoice are calculated in accordance with the Japanese National Tax Agency regulations effective as of fiscal year 2025. A separate tax invoice (seikyūshō) will be provided upon request for corporate accounting purposes.
4. Should any discrepancy be identified in the line items of this Invoice, the Japan Osaka Institute is requested to contact the Physicist's office within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. Unresolved disputes beyond this period will be considered accepted in accordance with local commercial law in Japan Osaka.
5. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for the stated project period. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the total amount specified herein unless a formal change order is executed by both parties.
