Notes and Terms of This Invoice
This invoice is issued by Dr. Amara Wanjiru Ochieng, a licensed and registered physicist operating in Kenya Nairobi, in accordance with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) eTIMS invoicing regulations. All services rendered under this invoice were performed by the physicist in her professional capacity as a consultant to the East African Nuclear Research Institute, located in Kenya Nairobi.
Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date of this invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under the Kenya Contract Act. The physicist reserves the right to suspend ongoing services if payment is not received by the due date of 30 June 2025.
All intellectual property, including but not limited to the thermodynamic efficiency report and the quantum mechanics framework developed under this engagement, shall remain the property of the client upon full settlement of this invoice. The physicist retains the right to reference the project in academic publications with prior written consent from the client.
This invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Kenya Nairobi under the rules of the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA).
