Invoice Notes & Physicist Remarks
This Invoice reflects the complete scope of professional services rendered by the undersigned Physicist during the period of 2 June 2025 through 13 June 2025. All work was performed in accordance with the contractual agreement (Contract No. KISR-2025-0112) executed in Kuwait Kuwait City.
The Physicist confirms that all deliverables, including the plasma physics technical report, laboratory inspection findings, and workshop materials, have been submitted to the designated KISR project manager in Kuwait Kuwait City. Digital copies are available upon request via secure transfer.
Please reference Invoice number KWC-PHY-2025-0047 in all correspondence and payment remittances. This document serves as the official fiscal record for the services described herein.
Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
1. Payment for this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Invoice date, as stipulated in the master service agreement between the Physicist and the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research, both parties being resident in Kuwait Kuwait City.
2. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated below. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month, in compliance with Kuwaiti commercial law and the regulations governing professional services in Kuwait Kuwait City.
3. The Physicist retains all intellectual property rights to methodologies, analytical frameworks, and proprietary simulation codes developed during the engagement. The client receives a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for internal research purposes within Kuwait Kuwait City.
4. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Physicist reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated rates reflecting current market conditions in Kuwait Kuwait City.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuwait Kuwait City under the rules of the Kuwait Dispute Resolution Centre.
6. The Physicist is registered as a licensed professional consultant in the State of Kuwait and complies with all applicable regulations of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Commerce and Industry regarding the provision of scientific and technical services.
