All services described herein were rendered in accordance with the professional standards of the Mexican Physical Society (Sociedad Mexicana de Física) and applicable federal regulations.
The physicist retains all intellectual property rights to original theoretical models, computational algorithms, and scientific methodologies developed during the engagement, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document (factura) for tax purposes in Mexico. The client is responsible for verifying the RFC and CLABE information before processing payment. Any discrepancies should be reported to the physicist within five (5) business days of receipt.
By accepting this invoice, the client agrees to the terms outlined above and acknowledges that the physicist services were completed to the satisfaction of both parties as documented in the signed service agreement dated April 28, 2025, executed in Mexico, Mexico City.
