Invoice Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued by Dr. Youssef El Amrani, a licensed Physicist operating independently in Morocco Casablanca, in accordance with the Moroccan Commercial Code and applicable tax regulations of the Kingdom of Morocco.
2. Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Moroccan commercial law.
3. All services rendered by the Physicist are subject to the terms outlined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 01 March 2025, reference number MSA-2025-0012, executed between the Physicist and Société Atlas Énergie & Technologies SARL in Morocco Casablanca.
4. The withholding tax (Impôt sur le Revenu) has been deducted at source in compliance with Article 58 of the Moroccan General Tax Code. The client is responsible for remitting this amount to the Direction Générale des Impôts in Casablanca.
5. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Bank: Bank of Africa (BMCE), IBAN: MA64 4002 1010 0001 2345 6789 012, BIC: BMEMMA22. Please reference this Invoice number (INV-2025-CAS-0047) in all correspondence and remittance advices.
6. Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved by the competent commercial courts of Casablanca, Morocco. The Physicist reserves the right to suspend ongoing services until full settlement of this Invoice is confirmed.
7. This Invoice constitutes the sole and final billing document for the services described herein. No additional charges shall apply unless a formal amendment is signed by both the Physicist and the authorized representative of the client.
