Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by a licensed Physicist operating under the regulations of the Pakistan Islamabad Higher Education Commission and the Federal Board of Revenue.
2. All services rendered by the Physicist are subject to the terms outlined in the Master Service Agreement dated 01 January 2025, executed in Pakistan Islamabad.
