Payment Terms and Conditions
This Invoice must be settled within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than July 15, 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Quantum Dynamics & Applied Sciences S.A.C., Banco de Crédito del Perú, CCI: 002-123-45678-901234-56, located in Peru Lima.
In the event of late payment, a penalty interest of 1.5% per month (TAM) shall be applied in accordance with Peruvian commercial law (Ley General de Sociedades, D.L. 807). The client acknowledges that this Invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document (Comprobante de Pago) issued under the regulations of the Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administración Tributaria (SUNAT) of Peru Lima.
All services rendered by the Physicist are subject to the professional standards established by the Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú and the ethical code of the Peruvian Society of Physics. The Physicist warrants that all calculations, models, and reports delivered under this Invoice are original, accurate, and free from intellectual property infringement.
Important Notes
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Peruvian tax regulations applicable in Peru Lima. The I.G.V. (Impuesto General a las Ventas) of 18% has been applied to all taxable services as mandated by SUNAT.
2. The 4% retention (Retención en la Fuente) has been deducted as required for professional services rendered by a natural person (the Physicist) operating through a legal entity in Peru Lima.
3. All technical deliverables, including the seismic wave propagation report and the nuclear feasibility study, remain the intellectual property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice. The Physicist retains the right to reference the work in academic publications with prior written consent.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the civil courts of Peru Lima, in accordance with the Peruvian Civil Code and the Código Procesal Civil.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a reissue from the billing department in Peru Lima.
