Payment Terms & Conditions
1. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date, no later than 15 July 2025. All amounts are denominated in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and are payable to the account of Dr. Khalid Al-Rashid, Senior Physicist, as detailed below.
2. Bank Transfer: Bank of Qatar, Branch – Doha Financial Center. Account Name: Dr. Khalid Al-Rashid. IBAN: QA5801021234567890123456. SWIFT: BOQAQAQA.
3. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Commercial Law of the State of Qatar (Law No. 11 of 2014).
4. This invoice covers professional physics consulting services rendered by a licensed physicist operating under the regulations of the Qatar Ministry of Commerce and Industry. All theoretical and experimental work performed in Doha, Qatar, complies with the standards set by the Qatar Standards and Metrology Organization (QSMO).
5. The client acknowledges that all intellectual property, including but not limited to quantum models, thermodynamic analyses, and research proposals produced by the physicist under this engagement, shall remain the exclusive property of the client upon full settlement of this invoice.
6. Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through the Qatar International and Regional Arbitration Centre (QIARC) located in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with its arbitration rules.
