Payment Terms & Important Notes

- Payment Deadline: Full payment of 738,450.00 RUB is due no later than 14 July 2025. Late payments shall accrue interest at 0.1% per calendar day in accordance with Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- Tax Documentation: A formal receipt (kassa chek) and VAT invoice (schet-faktura) will be issued upon confirmation of payment. The client is responsible for any applicable withholding tax obligations under Russian tax law.
- Confidentiality: All data, models, and reports delivered under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the client. The Physicist agrees to maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data and the terms of the executed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA-SPB-2025-007).
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this invoice or the underlying Service Agreement shall be resolved through the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, in accordance with Russian procedural law.
- Validity: This invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 July 2025, the client must request a reissued invoice reflecting any applicable adjustments.
