Terms & Conditions – Physicist Services Invoice
This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional services rendered by the undersigned Physicist, Dr. Wei Lin Tan, in the capacity of a Senior Physicist and Quantum Research Consultant. All services were performed in accordance with the contractual agreement dated 20 May 2025 between Tan Quantum Dynamics Pte. Ltd. and Meridian Semiconductor Research Group, both registered entities operating within Singapore Singapore.
- All Physicist services described in this Invoice were conducted in full compliance with the Singapore Singapore Standards (SS) and relevant regulatory frameworks governing scientific research and consultancy.
- The Physicist warrants that all theoretical analyses, experimental data, and technical reports delivered under this engagement are original work and do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Confidentiality obligations as stipulated in the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA-2025-0031) remain in effect for a period of five (5) years from the date of this Invoice, regardless of payment status.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
- This Invoice is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore Singapore. The Physicist and the client agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall lie with the courts of Singapore Singapore.
- Revised or corrected Invoices, if necessary, will be issued by the Physicist's office within five (5) business days of the original Invoice date and will bear a sequential revision number.
