This Invoice is issued in accordance with the South African Revenue Service (SARS) regulations. VAT is applied at the standard rate of 15% as prescribed by the Value-Added Tax Act, 1991 (Act No. 89 of 1991) of the Republic of South Africa.
Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 15 July 2025.
- Payment is to be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the bank account details provided above. Please quote the Invoice number QDC-2025-00847 as a payment reference.
- A late payment interest of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by the National Credit Act, 2005 of South Africa, whichever is lower) will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date.
- All services rendered by the Physicist are subject to the terms of the Master Services Agreement (MSA) dated 01 January 2025 between Quantum Dynamics Consulting (Pty) Ltd and Transnet Freight Rail (Pty) Ltd.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, South Africa, in accordance with the jurisdiction clause of the MSA.
- This Invoice constitutes a tax document for the purposes of the Income Tax Act, 58 of 1962, and the VAT Act, 1991, of the Republic of South Africa.

The client is reminded that all intellectual property contained in the deliverables referenced in this Invoice remains the exclusive property of Quantum Dynamics Consulting (Pty) Ltd unless otherwise stipulated in the MSA. Reproduction or distribution of the Physicist's technical reports without written consent is prohibited under the Copyright Act, 98 of 1978, of South Africa.
