Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 15 July 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above. Please reference Invoice No. QDC-2025-0047 in the transfer memo to ensure proper accounting reconciliation.
In the event of late payment, a statutory interest rate of 8% per annum (as established under Spanish Royal Decree-Law 4/2013) shall apply to the outstanding balance. The Physicist reserves the right to suspend all ongoing and future services until the Invoice is paid in full.
For any disputes regarding the scope of work or the amounts listed on this Invoice, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Should resolution not be achieved within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain, in accordance with Spanish civil procedure law.
Important Notes
1. This Invoice has been issued in compliance with the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria) electronic invoicing regulations (Factura Electrónica) under Royal Decree 1007/2023. A digital copy in XML format is available upon request.
2. All services described herein were performed by a qualified Physicist holding a Doctorate in Theoretical Physics from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and registered with the professional college in Spain Barcelona. The Physicist's credentials and insurance coverage are on file with the client.
3. Intellectual property generated during the engagement, including simulation code and technical reports, remains the property of the Physicist unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal research use.
4. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the service period indicated. No additional fees shall be incurred beyond those itemized above.
