- Payment Terms: The full amount stated on this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date. Payment shall be remitted via bank transfer to the account of the Physicist at Bank of Khartoum, Sudan Khartoum main branch, Account No. 0045-7821-3390.
- Late Payment: A late payment penalty of 2% per month shall be applied to any outstanding balance on this Invoice after the due date, in accordance with the commercial regulations applicable in Sudan Khartoum.
- Scope of Work: All services described in this Invoice were performed exclusively by the named Physicist. No subcontracting was undertaken. The Physicist warrants that all calculations, analyses, and reports are original and free from intellectual property infringement.
- Confidentiality: The Physicist agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, experimental results, and institutional information encountered during the engagement in Sudan Khartoum. This obligation survives for a period of five (5) years from the date of this Invoice.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Sudan Khartoum in accordance with the Sudanese Arbitration Act. The governing law for this Invoice is the law of the Republic of the Sudan.

Should the client require additional consulting, research, or academic services from the Physicist in the future, a separate engagement letter and Invoice shall be issued.
