Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Value Added Tax (VAT Act) and the applicable regulations governing professional services in Switzerland Zurich. All amounts are denominated in Swiss Francs (CHF).
2. The Physicist services described herein were performed under a fixed-fee engagement contract. Any additional work beyond the scope defined in the original agreement will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval from the client.
3. All intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement, including theoretical models, experimental protocols, and analytical frameworks, remains the property of the Physicist unless explicitly transferred in writing. The client retains a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for internal research purposes within Switzerland Zurich.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Physicist reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated rates and applicable surcharges.
