1. This invoice is issued in accordance with the Turkish Accounting Law (6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu) and the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance of the Republic of Turkey.
2. All services rendered by the physicist were performed in Ankara, Turkey, and are subject to Turkish tax jurisdiction. The applicable Value Added Tax (KDV) rate of 20% has been applied as mandated by the Turkish Tax Procedure Law (Vergi Usul Kanunu).
3. The withholding tax (stopaj) deduction of 20% has been applied to the gross service fee in compliance with the Turkish Income Tax Law (Gelir Vergisi Kanunu), Article 94, for professional services rendered by a natural person physicist.
4. All intellectual property, research data, simulation outputs, and technical reports generated during the engagement period (01 May – 31 May 2025) remain the exclusive property of TÜBİTAK, Ankara, unless otherwise agreed in writing in the master service agreement dated 10 April 2025.
5. The physicist warrants that all calculations, theoretical derivations, and experimental recommendations provided are accurate to the best of current scientific knowledge and have been conducted with professional diligence in the Ankara laboratory environment.
6. Any disputes arising from this invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved by the competent courts in Ankara, Turkey, in accordance with the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure (Hukuk Muhakemeleri Kanunu).
7. This invoice constitutes a final and complete statement of all physicist services rendered during the specified period. No additional charges shall be applied beyond the amounts stated herein.
