Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional physics consulting and research services rendered by Dr. Eleanor M. Whitfield, acting in her capacity as an independent Physicist, to Meridian Advanced Materials Group plc. All services were performed in Birmingham, United Kingdom, between 2 June 2025 and 12 June 2025.
2. The Physicist warrants that all work described in this Invoice was carried out to the highest professional standards consistent with the norms of the physics profession in the United Kingdom. All data, reports, and intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this engagement shall be the sole property of Meridian Advanced Materials Group plc upon full settlement of this Invoice.
3. This Invoice is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services described herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
4. Whitfield Physics Consultancy Ltd is a limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12847563). 6. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Physicist reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with any applicable adjustments.
