This Invoice must be settled within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date, no later than July 12, 2025. Payment may be made via wire transfer to Vasquez Physics Consulting Group, Bank of America, Account No. 4471-8829-003, Routing No. 121000248, San Francisco, California, United States. Alternatively, checks may be mailed to the address listed above. Please reference Invoice Number INV-2025-SF-0487 on all remittances. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with California Commercial Code Section 2310.

1. All services described in this Invoice were performed by Dr. Elena M. Vasquez, a licensed and credentialed Physicist operating within the jurisdiction of the State of California, United States. The Physicist holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Theoretical Physics from the University of California, Berkeley, and maintains active membership in the American Physical Society (APS) and the San Francisco Bay Area Physics Association.
2. This Invoice covers professional consulting, research, and educational services rendered exclusively in the United States San Francisco metropolitan area. All intellectual property generated during the engagement period (May 5 – June 10, 2025) shall be jointly owned by the Physicist and Meridian Technologies, Inc., as stipulated in the Master Service Agreement dated March 1, 2025.
3. The Physicist confirms that all calculations, simulations, and theoretical analyses provided were conducted in strict adherence to the ethical guidelines established by the American Physical Society and the National Science Foundation. No classified or restricted data was accessed or transmitted in connection with this engagement.
4. Should the client require additional physics consulting, supplementary research, or further peer review services, a revised Invoice will be issued within five (5) business days of the completion of said services. The Physicist reserves the right to adjust hourly rates annually based on the Consumer Price Index for the San Francisco-Oakland-Hayward metropolitan statistical area.
5. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the State of California and the federal laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
