Invoice Notes & Physicist Service Details
This Invoice covers all professional services rendered by Dr. Alexander J. Whitmore, a licensed Physicist specializing in quantum optics and condensed matter physics, during the period of 02 June 2025 to 12 June 2025. All on-site work was performed at the client's premises in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City unless otherwise noted.
The Physicist's engagement was governed by Master Service Agreement QDR-MSA-2025-019, signed on 01 January 2025. All deliverables, including the technical white paper and training materials, have been transferred to the client in both digital (PDF, LaTeX source) and printed formats.

1. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Physicist's services and associated deliverables may be subject to re-evaluation of terms.
2. All intellectual property contained in the white paper and training materials remains the joint property of Quantum Dynamics Research Co., Ltd. and Saigon Advanced Materials Laboratory, as defined in Section 7 of the Master Service Agreement.
3. The Physicist is not liable for any consequential damages arising from the application of the provided recommendations. The client assumes full responsibility for the implementation of all suggested modifications to laboratory equipment.
4. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City in accordance with the rules of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).
5. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under the Civil Code of Vietnam (2015) and the Law on Tax Administration (2019, amended 2022).
