Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a binding agreement between Brisbane Plumber & Drainage Solutions Pty Ltd (the "Plumber") and the client named above for the plumbing services rendered in Australia Brisbane.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of the Invoice date. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted under Queensland law, whichever is lower, calculated from the due date until the date of full payment.
- All prices quoted on this Invoice are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10% as administered by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
- The Plumber reserves the right to suspend any further work or services if payment is not received by the due date stated on this Invoice. Any additional call-out fees incurred due to non-payment will be added to the outstanding balance.
- All work performed by our licensed Plumber is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (2010).
- This Invoice does not include any additional work that may be discovered during the course of the job but was not part of the original scope. Any such additional work will be quoted separately and requires written client approval before commencement.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in accordance with the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) procedures. The governing law of this Invoice is the law of the State of Queensland, Australia.
- Please retain this Invoice for your records. A digital copy has also been sent to the email address provided. If you have any questions regarding the line items, quantities, or charges on this Invoice, please contact our office within seven (7) days of the issue date.
