- Access to the property was granted by the client on the service date. The Plumber and any assisting tradespersons were responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with WorkSafe Victoria regulations.
- All materials and fixtures installed as part of this Invoice are new, unused, and comply with the relevant Australian Standards. A copy of the compliance certificate and product warranties will be provided to the client within five (5) business days.
- Disputes regarding this Invoice or the services rendered shall be resolved in accordance with the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) procedures. The client is encouraged to contact the undersigned Plumber directly before initiating any formal dispute process.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be reissued with updated pricing if material costs have changed.
