Plumber's Notes & Service Remarks
- All plumbing work was performed in strict accordance with the Colombian National Technical Standard NTC 3395 for water supply and drainage installations, as well as the local building codes of the city of Medellín, Antioquia.
- The lead plumber, Master Plumber Jorge Luis Cárdenas (Professional Card No. 123456, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Medellín), personally supervised all critical installations and signed off on the final pressure test.
- All materials used (copper pipes, PVC drainage, faucets, water heaters) carry the INVIMA and ICONTEC certification required for plumbing products sold and installed in Colombia.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Payment Due: Full payment is due within 30 calendar days from the issue date of this invoice (by July 15, 2025). Late payments will accrue a monthly interest rate equal to the maximum rate established by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia.
Tax Information: This invoice is issued in compliance with the Colombian tax regulations (Estatuto Tributario). The IVA of 19% is included as per the general tax rate applicable in Colombia. This document serves as a valid electronic invoice (Factura Electrónica) registered with the DIAN (Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales).
Disputes: Any disputes arising from this invoice or the plumbing services rendered shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, in accordance with Colombian law.
