Notes and Remarks
This Invoice covers all plumbing services rendered by our certified plumber team at the Kality Residential Complex in Ethiopia Addis Ababa between 2 June 2025 and 10 June 2025. All work was performed in compliance with the Ethiopian Building Code and the Addis Ababa City Water and Sewerage Authority regulations.
The lead plumber, Engineer Dawit Bekele, personally supervised all phases of the project and conducted the final pressure test. A 12-month warranty is provided on all installed fixtures, fittings, and the water storage tank. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications by third parties.
All materials used are certified for use in Ethiopia and meet the standards set by the Ethiopian Standards Agency (ESA). The water purification system includes a one-year filter replacement service at no additional cost.
Please retain this Invoice for your records. A duplicate copy may be requested from our office in Bole, Addis Ababa, by presenting the original document and valid identification.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any work not completed within the agreed timeline will be subject to a revised Invoice reflecting actual costs incurred.
2. The plumber and AquaFlow Plumbing Services shall not be held liable for pre-existing structural damage to the building that was not identified during the initial inspection.
3. All disputes arising from this Invoice and the associated plumbing services shall be resolved through the Addis Ababa City Commercial Court in accordance with the Ethiopian Civil Code.
4. The client agrees to provide safe access to all areas of the building where plumbing work is to be performed and to ensure that no unauthorized persons interfere with the plumber's operations.
5. This Invoice constitutes a binding agreement between AquaFlow Plumbing Services PLC and the client for the services described herein.
