Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by Accra FlowMaster Plumbing Services, a registered Plumber and plumbing contractor operating in Ghana Accra, in accordance with the Ghana Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992).
- All work performed by our plumber team is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion, covering both materials and workmanship, subject to normal wear and tear.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month as stipulated under Ghanaian commercial law.
- All materials and components listed in this Invoice are sourced from approved suppliers in Ghana Accra and meet the standards set by the Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) and the Building and Housing Development Department (BHDD).
- The plumber and all assistant workers are fully insured under the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) and the Workmen's Compensation Act, 2010 (Act 736).
- Any additional work requested by the client beyond the scope described in this Invoice will be subject to a separate quotation and a supplementary Invoice.
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Ghana Accra.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra, and failing that, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Greater Accra Region.
- The client acknowledges that all plumbing work has been inspected and approved by the lead plumber before the final Invoice was generated. A signed completion certificate is attached to the service file.
