Important Notes Regarding This Plumbing Invoice
- All plumbing work described in this invoice was performed in accordance with the Tehran Municipal Building Regulations (Qanoon-e Sazeh-Sazi Shahri Tehran) and the Iranian National Building Code (Mabhas 11) for sanitary and plumbing installations.
- The lead plumber, Eng. Hassan Karimi, holds a valid professional licence issued by the Tehran Chamber of Engineers and is registered with the Iranian Plumbing Contractors Association.
- All materials used are certified for use in Iran and comply with the standards of the Iranian Standards and Quality Organization (Sazman-e Standard-ha va Keyfayat-e Iran).
- A 24-month warranty is provided on all labor and workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures and the water heater are separate and transferable to the client.
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 0.5% per day as per Iranian commercial law.
- This invoice is valid for tax deduction purposes in Iran. The client may request a duplicate copy from our Tehran office within 30 days.
Terms and Conditions
1. This invoice constitutes a binding agreement between Aria Plumbing & Sanitation Co. (the Plumber) and the client for the plumbing services rendered at the specified address in Tehran, Iran.
2. The scope of work is limited to the items described above. Any additional plumbing work requested by the client during or after the project will be subject to a separate invoice and quotation.
3. The client agrees to provide safe access to the work area and to ensure that the Tehran municipal water supply is available during the scheduled work hours (08:00 to 17:00, Sunday to Thursday).
4. All disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through the Tehran Arbitration Court in accordance with the Iranian Civil Code.
5. This invoice is issued in English for the client's convenience. The official Persian (Farsi) version, if requested, shall prevail in any legal proceedings within Iran.
6. The Plumber reserves the right to suspend work if payment milestones are not met as agreed in the original service contract dated 10 Farvardin 1404.
