Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice is issued by Jerusalem AquaFlow Plumbing Services, a registered and fully licensed Plumber operating in Israel Jerusalem. All plumbing work described herein was performed in accordance with the Israeli Building Code (Tikun 1338) and the regulations set forth by the Israel Water Authority (Mikve Israel).
The Plumber assigned to this job, Yossi Ben-Ami, holds a valid Class A Plumbing License issued by the Israel Ministry of Construction and Housing. All materials used are certified for use in Israel and meet the relevant Israeli Standards (SII) requirements.
Please note that this Invoice covers all labor, materials, and equipment used during the service visit on 12 June 2025. Any additional work requested by the client after the initial scope was defined will be subject to a separate Invoice.
The backflow prevention device installed (Item 6) is mandatory under Israeli municipal water regulations for all residential properties in Jerusalem. This device requires annual inspection by a certified Plumber, and our office will contact you in June 2026 to schedule the mandatory inspection.
Payment Terms and Conditions
Payment Due: This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the account details below, or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Bankcard) through our secure online portal.

Warranty: All labor performed by our Plumber is covered by a twelve (12) month workmanship warranty. All installed parts and materials carry the manufacturer's standard warranty, which is separate from and in addition to our labor warranty. This warranty is valid only for work performed in Israel Jerusalem by our licensed technicians.
Disputes: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services described herein shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jerusalem, Israel, in accordance with Israeli law.
