Terms and Conditions
1. This invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for plumbing services rendered by AcquaRoma Plumber Services S.r.l. in Italy Rome. By accepting this invoice, the client acknowledges receipt of all services described herein and confirms satisfaction with the work performed by our plumber team.
2. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month of delay, in accordance with Article 634 of the Italian Civil Code (Codice Civile). The client is also liable for any reasonable collection costs incurred.
3. All work performed complies with current Italian plumbing regulations, including D.M. 37/2008, the Testo Unico dell'Acqua, and applicable regional building codes for the Lazio region. The plumber assigned to this job holds a valid professional qualification (Qualifica Professionale) and is registered with the local Chamber of Commerce in Rome.
4. The client is responsible for providing safe access to all areas of the property where plumbing work is required. Any damage to existing structures caused by the client's failure to disclose hidden conditions (e.g., asbestos-containing materials, structural weaknesses) will be billed separately.
5. This invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a re-issued invoice from our office in Italy Rome. The original document must be retained for tax purposes in accordance with Italian fiscal law (Art. 22, D.P.R. 633/1972).
6. For any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated plumbing services, the competent court shall be the Tribunale di Roma, Italy Rome, in accordance with the jurisdictional rules of the Italian legal system.
7. AcquaRoma Plumber Services S.r.l. is fully insured for professional liability (RC Professionale) up to € 2,000,000 per claim and for public liability (RC Terzi) up to € 5,000,000 per claim, covering all plumbing operations conducted within the municipality of Rome and the broader Italy Rome metropolitan area.
