Payment Note: This invoice for plumbing services rendered in Casablanca, Morocco, is payable within 15 calendar days of the issue date. Payment may be made via bank transfer to RIB: 011 680 00001234567890123 (Bank of Africa, Casablanca branch), by cheque, or in cash at our Maârif office. Please reference Invoice Number INV-2025-0487 on all payments. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly penalty as per Moroccan commercial law.
Terms & Conditions – Plumber Service Agreement
- This invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for all plumbing work performed by Atlas Plumbing Services, a licensed plumber operating in Casablanca, Morocco, under Moroccan trade regulations.
- All work described in this invoice was carried out in accordance with the Moroccan Building Code (Code de la Construction) and the standards set by the ONEE (Office National de l'Électricité et de l'Eau Potable) for water supply and drainage systems in the Casablanca-Settat region.
- The 12-month workmanship warranty covers defects in the plumber's installation work only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural wear, or third-party interference with the plumbing system.
- Any additional work requested by the client after the initial scope defined in Work Order WO-2025-0312 will be invoiced separately at the standard plumber hourly rate of 250 MAD per hour, plus materials.
- The client acknowledges that all materials supplied are new, genuine, and sourced from authorized distributors in Casablanca. Manufacturer warranties on the water heater and fixtures are separate from the plumber's workmanship warranty.
- In the event of a dispute regarding this invoice or the quality of plumbing services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial court in Casablanca, Morocco.
- This invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the plumber reserves the right to re-evaluate material costs and issue a revised invoice.
