4. All plumbing work performed under this Invoice is covered by our professional liability insurance policy (Policy No: PLI-MM-2025-1142) registered with the Myanmar Insurance Association.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Yangon District Court in accordance with Myanmar civil law.
6. This Invoice serves as the official record of all plumbing services rendered by our Plumber team at the client's property in Myanmar Yangon. No additional charges will be applied beyond the amounts stated herein unless a written change order is signed by both parties.
