Terms and Conditions – Plumber Services in New Zealand Wellington
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for plumbing services rendered by Wellington Flow Plumbing Co. Ltd, a registered and licensed Plumber operating in New Zealand Wellington. All work has been performed in compliance with the New Zealand Building Code, AS/NZS 3500 (Plumbing and Drainage), and the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
2. The Plumber assigned to this job holds a valid New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) Level 4 qualification in Plumbing and is registered with the New Zealand Plumbers' Licensing Authority. A copy of the Plumber's licence number (PL-48291) is available upon request.
3. All materials supplied and installed are new, of a quality suitable for residential use in New Zealand Wellington, and comply with applicable Australian and New Zealand Standards. No second-hand or refurbished components have been used unless explicitly agreed in writing by the client prior to installation.
4. The client acknowledges that this Invoice covers the specific scope of work described above. Any additional work discovered during the course of the job that falls outside the original scope will be quoted separately and requires written approval before commencement.
5. Wellington Flow Plumbing Co. Ltd is not liable for any consequential damage, loss of hot water, or inconvenience arising from pre-existing conditions in the property that were not identified during the initial diagnostic inspection. The Plumber will advise the client of any such conditions discovered during the work.
6. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in material costs within the New Zealand Wellington market. The client is encouraged to settle this Invoice within the stated 14-day payment window to avoid any price adjustments.
7. Disputes relating to this Invoice or the services described herein shall be resolved in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. The client may lodge a complaint with the New Zealand Plumbings and Drainage Association (NZPDA) or the New Zealand Commerce Commission if resolution cannot be reached directly with the Plumber.
8. By accepting this Invoice, the client agrees to all terms and conditions stated herein. This document serves as the official record of the transaction between the Plumber and the client for the plumbing works carried out in New Zealand Wellington on the dates specified above.
