Payment Terms: Full payment is due within 14 days of the Invoice issue date. A late payment penalty of 2% per month will apply to outstanding balances after the due date of 30 June 2025.
Warranty: All plumbing work performed by our Plumber team carries a 12-month workmanship warranty. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers. This warranty is valid only for work completed at the stated address in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.
Tax Compliance: This Invoice has been issued in accordance with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) guidelines for Nigeria. VAT is charged at the standard rate of 7.5% as applicable in the Federal Capital Territory.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for plumbing services rendered by Abuja FlowMaster Plumbing Services (hereinafter referred to as "the Plumber") to the client named above.
2. All work described in this Invoice was carried out in compliance with the Nigerian Building and Road Research Institute (NBRRI) standards and the Abuja Metropolitan Area Council (AMAC) building regulations.
3. The Plumber reserves the right to withhold final handover documentation until full payment of this Invoice has been received and cleared in our bank account.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Plumber reserves the right to re-quote materials and labour rates based on prevailing market conditions in Nigeria Abuja.
6. The client acknowledges that all plumbing materials supplied are new, genuine, and sourced from authorized distributors within Nigeria. No counterfeit or substandard materials were used in the execution of this job.
